Christmas Cocoa Cereal 1 cup almond meal/flour 1 melted tablespoon coconut oil dash of salt 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/4 cup agave or honey *mix and slowly add almond meal until a doughy consistency is formed. roll into bite sized pieces and bake at 350 for 20 mins. let cool completely. Blueberry Blizzard Smoothie 1/2 banana 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 almond milk 1 ice cube stevia to taste Snowballs! 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter 1 scoop protein powder - I am using Chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, you can purchase it here: http://perfectfitprotein.com/products/perfect-fit-2-2lb-bag 3 tablespoons maple syrup dash of salt *mix ingredients. roll into balls. roll in coconut. Peppermint Mocha 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon cocoa powder drop of peppermint extract 1 cup coffee sweetener to taste add all ingredients together. heat & serve. thanks for watching I love you all :)
